Our role

A2M coordinates assistance in Montenegro and connects clients with appropriate local service providers. Medical, legal, accounting and other regulated services are performed by appropriately authorised providers, unless A2M itself meets the requirements for a specific service. Each provider is responsible for the service it delivers.

Not an emergency service

A2M is not an emergency service. In an emergency in Montenegro call 112, or 124 for emergency medical assistance.

Requests and confirmation

Submitting a form, sending a message or using the quick answers on this website does not confirm a service. A service is arranged only after availability, terms and cost have been communicated to you and you have confirmed. We cannot guarantee that every service is available in every location or at every time.

Costs

Costs depend on the type of assistance and the service provider. Any coordination fee and estimated service costs are communicated before proceeding, where practicable. Reimbursement by an insurer depends on your policy and is decided by the insurer.
