• Assistance requests: name, phone number, email, location, type of assistance, preferred contact method, a short description of your situation and, optionally, your insurer.
• Business and local partner enquiries: company details, contact person, business contact details and your message.
• General questions: name, email and message.

Please do not send detailed medical records through the website forms. If health information is needed to arrange assistance, we agree a secure way of sharing it with you and process it only for that purpose.

Why we use it

• To review your request, contact you and coordinate the assistance you ask for.
• To share the details strictly needed with the local provider who will assist you, after you have agreed to proceed.
• To answer business and partnership enquiries.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We process data on the basis of your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and securing this website.

Who receives your data

Local service providers involved in your case (for example a clinic, ambulance provider or towing service), only as needed. Our website host and form processor (Netlify, Inc.) stores form submissions on our behalf. If you choose to contact us by WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. Your insurer or assistance company receives information only with your agreement or where they referred your case to us.

How long we keep it

We keep request and case data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal, accounting and insurance documentation requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly visitor statistics in the future, this policy will be updated.

Your rights

Under the Montenegrin Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and receive a copy of your data. You can also lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and forms are protected against spam. Access to submitted data is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
